You betcha. We are professionals and will respect your privacy, 100%.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct if you have already placed your order you can message us the new address and we can change it however you opt out of the purchase protection. If you would still like purchase protection, I will have to cancel your order and you will have to reorder with the correct address. Once your order is in the USPS possession, we cannot do anything about it till it arrives back to us. You will be responsible for the cost to reship your order out and we do not give a refund incorrect address.
What photos should I send/not send?
ARE THEIR ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR WHAT NOT TO SEND OR TO LOOK OUT FOR? :YES. Please send bright pics - dark pics stay dark, we can lighted to a certain degree, but in general a good, well lit, well taken photo will give you a better result than that car selfie at 3 am when you think you look hot.
Secondly, keep in mind there is a hole in the center of the top for the hanger string. Try not to send a photo that has your man's eyeball right there. If so, we will use it and put a black or white bar at the top to keep that space clear.
Thirdly, our print process will cut off a margin around the edge of the photo, as we have to make the photos larger than the blanks to press edge-to-edge. Please don't send pics with faces close to the edge, or
How to scent your air freshener with the vial
We have started to include a pipette to get the oil out of the vial and apply to your air freshener. Remove the stopper and just draw up oil and place oil around the very edge of the air freshener on both sides.
Lost package/ Have not received order
We make orders and ship them out the usps is responsible for the shipping of all orders. If you feel your order is lost or has not arrived you must file a lost package claim at www.usps.com. The process will take about 30 days and you should receive a refund for your order. We do not replace lost or stolen packages. You will need to repurchase your order until your refunded is issued via your claim through the usps.
Please check your address that was provided on your order if it’s a incorrect address or name on package it may be shipped back to us and it’s an additional $4 to reship your order out. We will not offer a refund if you don’t want the item after we make it :)
